I. General Disclaimers

Commission pricing is dependent on the type of work you are seeking.

Base prices are reflective of pricing assuming one character as a commission's focal point.

ToS are subject to change at any time.

You are only subject to the ToS and price agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions.

For clients seeking to cancel a commission, please refer to Section VI.

I will not cancel a commission without prior notice.

You, as the client, must be able to pay via Invoicing.

This only applies when I am commissioned outside of a platform such as Fiverr or Vgen.

II. Art Content: Yes and No's

General guidelines for content and subjects can be found below.

Suggestive and NSFW may solely be inquired about by those above the age of 18.

By commissioning NSFW content, you acknowledge and agree that you are 18 years or older.

I WILL NOT draw suggestive or NSFW content/subjects for or pertaining to persons under 18.
-
Disregarding or attempting to break this rule will result in a permanent blacklist and being blocked from any/all forms of communication.

Attempting to circumvent this rule could result in legal action.

III. Payment and Fees

Payment received through different platforms falls under those platforms' ToS, such as:

Vgen; the rest of Section III does not apply to this platform.

For commissions ordered outside of commission-hosting platforms, the following payment plan must be followed:
-
Payment must be done via PayPal invoice using USD. I will not accept other forms of payment.
-
Payment is due in full up front. A commission will not be started until payment is received.
-
Payment must be provided within 24 hours of a commission being agreed upon by both parties. If payment is not received during that time-frame, and there has been no further communication, I will assume that you have cancelled the commission.

An additional fee will be added for keeping a commission unposted. Due to being unable to add the new work to my portfolio, this Unposted Fee will differ dependent on the project.

Extra fees will be incurred for additional revisions. See section IV for details.

IV. Revisions

Revisions are defined as a major change to a commissioned piece's design or elements. Examples include:

Changing pose
-
Changing major elements
-
Changing shading and coloring composition

For each individually commissioned work, a client is allowed 3 free revisions. These revisions can be given at the following stages of a commission:

1) delivery of the initial sketch
-
2) delivery of the initial line-work and/or flat color
-
3) delivery of the finished commission
-
-
Each additional revision will incur a cost of $15. These additional revisions must be paid for before the final commission can be delivered.

Requested revisions must be within reasonable parameters. Unreasonable examples include:
-
Singular pixel adjustment (excluding pixel-style art)
-
Several back to back minor adjustments that cannot be seen at a distance
-
Vague instructions without any specificity
-

If you have questions, please contact me. I am willing to do small revisions within reason at no additional charge. What constitutes a major or minor revision remains at my discretion.

V. Copyright and Usage Policy

As the artist of the commission, I retain the copyright of any commissioned works. However, commercial rights can be purchased.

The copyright of characters depicted in my work remain under the copyright of the original owners.

I reserve the right to post commissioned pieces to social media platforms and/or my portfolio.
-
I reserve the right to record, stream, and upload video of the creation of commissioned works.
-
Any commissioned work is meant strictly for personal use, unless you also purchase commercial rights.
-
Commercial rights for a commissioned work can be purchased from me at 200% of the commission price. Commercial rights must be purchased if you do/intend to profit from a commissioned piece.

Credit must be given when posting the commissioned work anywhere. This includes linking or tagging me in the post.

You may NOT use commissioned artwork in any of the following ways:

Using a commissioned piece in any form regarding NFTs, AI, AI training, or cryptocurrency.

Claim that you produced/created the piece.
-
Remove my signature.
-
Use in a commercial form without purchasing commercial rights.

VI. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a client cancels a commission before work has started, the client will be provided a full refund.
-
If I cancel a commission before work has started, the client will be provided a full refund.
-
If I am unable to continue a commission at any point in the process, and I am the one to cancel it, the client will be given a full refund.
-
If a client cancels a commission during the process, they will not receive a full refund. The provided refund will be given based upon the point in the process that the commission has been canceled. These percentages will be refunded in this case:

Sketch completed: 90%
-
Line-art completed: 65%
-
Flat colors and flat shading completed: 40%
-

No refunds will be given for a completed or nearly completed commission. This includes a commission piece that is in the final stages of rendering.

No refunds will be given for a finished, delivered commission. This includes:
-
Written approval by the client indicating they accept the finished product.
-
A commission that the client has accepted as the final deliverable.
-

You may not file a charge-back once you have given approval of a finished commission.

VII. Client Obligations

Write your commission in a clear and concise manner.
-
Provide visual references for a commission; non-visual references may result in your commission being declined. A full reference is preferable, but not required.

If no visual references are provided, additional fees may be added to your commission, as I classify this as creating a character design.

Mood-boards are welcome, the more references the better.
-
Maintain professionalism through the course of the commission.
-
You assume responsibility for communicating important information and accurate descriptions of the commissioned subject. Failure to be clear about concepts and descriptions may result in my inability to meet your visualizations.

Read the ToS. By commissioning me, you are accepting my commission terms of service.
-
If I am live-streaming the process of your commission, do not back-seat. Revisions are classified separately from live-streaming interactions.

Communicate in a timely manner.
-
Check Trello for updates between communications. This is where the most up to date information about my work can be found.
-
I will contact you about major commission milestones and work-in-progress snapshots. I will notify you of any events or issues that occur; please respond in a timely manner.

Check direct messages on your preferred platform. I will be sending updates through that channel. If I do not hear back from you, I will pause the commission until I receive confirmation to move onto the next step.

Wait times and queues may vary depending on the time that you commissioned me. Trello will denote the status and position of your commission in the queue.

I will communicate an estimated timeline to you alongside the commission quote. I cannot guarantee the ability to rush an order. If you have a set deadline, please tell me.
